SELFIE = Shameless Excuse Looking For Indiana Event
The whole purpose of this is to earn the Roadtrip '15 Souvenir, (and to see our Geocaching friends once again).
So we are geeky and like to collect all the souvenir badges every year and we noticed there are NO EVENTS in Indiana in July and August at the time of planning this one. That being said we are having an event at Baker's Square in Merrillville on the 19th of July from 2-4 PM. There will be no raffle, no prizes, no give-a-ways, no new caches....pretty much a simple meet and greet so people can get their Road Trip '15 Souvenir Badge. Will we stop you from grabbing a cup of coffee and a slice of pie or a sandwich while you mingle with your favorite hiders and seekers in NWI? Of course not. That's how we cache!
Since it's called SELFIE, maybe we could see a few of those along with the "Attended" logs on the event page itself. And we'll grab a group shot as well at 3 PM if you'd like to participate in that. If you need your souvenir for the event category we'll see you on the 19th!!
