Apparently a peddler who came to town to sell his wares was returning home late one night when 2 guys jumped him and robbed him of all the money he had on his person. They got a measley amount - somewhere around a couple of dollars and ended up killing him for fear of them being identified. The peddlers body was found a week or two later and the locals claim that his house (Which has been torn down for many years) was haunted by his ghost. If you do go down to the Todd Road you will find a beautiful heritage dirt road with a canopy of trees over the road which creates a darkness early on before the sun drops. Best to go about an hour before sunset and let your mind wander and you too may see the "Ghost of the Todd Road
