We would like to invite everyone who has an interest in the game of geocaching to come and join us. You do not have to be a member of the MGS to attend. No matter if you have 10 or 10,000 finds, everyone is welcome! The City of Frostburg has opened the doors for the MGS for the weekend. The Fall Picnic will be at the Frostburg Recreational Complex. Twenty on-site camping spots will be made available for geocachers. In addition, the pool bath house will be opened for the weekend for campers to use. RV's and campers will be allowed to park on the premises even though there on no electrical hookups. Pets are allowed at that park though they need to be on a leash.
Our tentative schedule for the day:
10am – Set-up and grills fired up
10:30am to 4:00pm – Caching, Poker Run, 50/50, GPSr Raffle Winner Announced, Eating, Games, Socializing.
1:30 – Annual Corn Hole tournament starts
3:00pm – Group Photo
Please bring a prepared dish to share and post a "Will Attend" log if you are planning to attend. The event will be held rain or shine! Hope to see you there!
