GW14er: Pikes Peak Event Cache

The main event will be held on SUNDAY July 3rd, 2016 at the Botanical Gardens, Chatfield location in southwest Denver. Close to state parks, mountain access and all things geocaching.

Lets make sure we are well represented from southern Colorado!

Meet and Greet style at the listed coords from 9:00 to 10:30AM on Saturday September 26th.

The more attendees the better!

As part of organizing this event, we need some help! Not only will we need help for the day of or the week around the event but we also need help getting things in place. Please come meet the committee and others willing to sign up.

We will be trying to put a list of needs together and assigning sub-committees and those willing to help on those sub-committees. We will also be looking for contact in the area, for example; we need a few port-a-potties and there must be someone in the geocaching world that has a contact, we need those kind of contacts to support this effort.

This is the first of many local events we have planned for the next year to get the community excited about this event.
