About the Location
The geocache is in the trees between the Oak Leaf Trail and the park. On one side you'll have people on the bike path. On the other side you'll probably have people playing disc golf. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
In the 1960s television series The Avengers, John Steed was a traditional English gentleman. He was seldom seen without a three piece suit, a bowler hat, and an umbrella. The hat was metal plated and could stop bullets. The umbrella concealed a sword, as well as other spy gadgets.
