Retaining Fluid Traditional Geocache

This is a well disguised hide located on level ground.  It should be a quick park and grab for experienced catchers and those with excellent eyesight. 

The management of rainwater runoff and snow melts is necessary to prevent damage to property and agricultural interests as well as provide safer driving conditions on street and highways.  Real estate developers are required to provide approved drainage systems for all new construction. This cache is placed near the boundary of a small retaining pond and drainage system which has an unusual design.  This location is adjacent to a Department of Motor Vehicles office. During the open times for this office the observant geocacher may notice the periodic comings and goings of teens (and their sponsors) taking their road tests. We wish them well.

This cache is located on  commercial  private  property and has been placed with the permission of the manager.  The most convenient access is from the parking lot immediately adjacent to the cache.
