On Another Trip
She packed her trunk and ran away.
Now is that the way you want to play?
We called it hide and seek when we were tots,
But much has changed, yes lots and lots.
Now there are responsibilities as they say
You can’t just run off, you need to stay.
But another trip, adventure style,
Well that is different, I should smile.
Take your bag and take mine too,
And we are off to Kalamazoo!
Or any other locale that you can dream,
For together nothing is as bad as it may seem.
