Picked up some cool geocoins or travel bugs recently that you’d like to show off?
Travelling soon and want to help get some trackables closer to their destinations?
Not going anywhere for a while but would like to help trackables along their way?
Got an impressive collection of geocoins from over the years that you’re looking to liquidate?
Has your favourite TB gone inexplicably missing and you need to vent and/or cry with someone?
Just want to come discover a bunch of tracking codes?
Let’s get together to make all that happen again!
Come have breakfast or coffee if you’d like. There’ll be space for TB’s and time to talk caching. Be sure to sign the logbook! And if you don’t have any TB’s with you at the time, don’t let that stop you from coming out! Kids welcome. Please log your "Will Attend" if you'll be joining us.
Last year it was a bit chaotic with different bugs and lists of codes being passed around, which were hard to keep track of. To keep this a bit more ordered, please send me a list of codes and goals for TBs that you know you will be bringing. I will compile the codes into a master list. This list will be on display at the event with the bugs and coins, and will only be available for those at the event. Hopefully this will save paper and reduce confusion. When sending me your list, please indicate if you had brought these to last year's event.
Why am I calling this the "Alberta Edition"? I will be moving to Vegreville, Alberta about a week after this event. So this will double as my farewell party. So if you have TBs that want to go to Alberta, or "travel west", or visit as many provinces as possible, I'd be happy to take them. And of course if your bugs have nothing to do with Alberta, that's fine too.
Note: if you reserved Pi Day or 15 Years of Geocaching geocoins, this event will be your final opportunity to pick them up before they go back into the MBGA's general inventory.
