Whiffin Spit is such a beautiful place in Sooke to go for a walk. Take the time and go to the end. You'll enjoy it. 
This cache should be a QEF but it's the muggles that may be the problem. When I came here to place this cache, there were so many muggles around it took a while. I had to find a spot that would stay relatively dry in the bad weather and think I found a perfect spot. It can be very busy on beautiful days like today.
