Geocache Description:

ArkGeo 2016 Annual Event -- A DIAMOND OF A HOBBY - GEOCACHING!

APRIL 9th, 2016 - 9:00 to 2:00

A big thank you goes out to the Crater of Diamonds State Park for their generosity and facilities. You can attend our event for free since it is held outside of the fee area. Please take time to THANK a Park Employee when you see them at the event.

Please come and be part of the adventure at the Annual ArkGeo Event and discover what makes the Arkansas Geocachers Association so much fun.

This event is for Everyone who enjoys geocaching in Arkansas, regardless of how many years you've been caching or the number of smileys you have! Match a face with a geocacher's name, talk about some of the favorite caches in our state, or come enjoy the lunch we put on for you. We will list new information here as it becomes available, so please check the cache page often for updates. The picnic shelter is ours for the entire day and we will gather even in the rain. Plan to spend the entire day, since the fun continues with a Park group activity or caching from 2-5:00 pm, followed by a CITO/Hotdog Roast Event (GC64YWB) beginning @ 5 pm and running till 8:00 pm.

PLEASE BRING A DRINK OF YOUR CHOICE FOR LUNCH. CHECK THIS CACHE PAGE OFTEN FOR UPDATES, OR BETTER YET, PUT IT ON YOUR WATCH LIST.
