This a resting place of some of my ancestors and some of the forefathers of Geeveston.
There's a great view of the Arve Road. Many of the locals still call this "the six foot" due to the railway that used to be there to transport timber to the mill. The '6 foot' is also the Road you need to take to get to the Tahune air walk and Hartz mountains. There is a twenty minute walk to Lake Osborne from the end of the road up the Hartz mountain. The lake is named after Osborne Geeves who is also resting here.
