Every four years in the Gregorian calendar, an extra day is added to the calendar in order to synchronize it with the solar year. This occurs in every year that is divisible by four and only in century years that are evenly divided by 400 (that means that 1900 wasn't a Leap Year, but 2000 was). The chance of being born on Leap Day is 1 in 1,461 -- but your chances of having a good time at this event are much better. Come sign the log, enjoy some socializing (purchase of food not required), and maybe enjoy a game or two (yep - there will be some surprises).
