LISTEN. With the SINGLE intent to UNDERSTAND, not REPLY.
LISTEN. Till THEIR VIEWPOINT becomes YOURS.
Don't just collect this cache. Spend some time here to LISTEN.
First, with your PHYSICAL EARS to the waters & surrounding noise.
Then, Be PRESENT to that incessant, continuous flow of thoughts in your head.
Those thoughts are NOT YOU.
It's Time to INTERRUPT those relentless, never-ending thoughts.
