There are many working water wheels around the country. The wheel must be rotating powered by flowing water and at least 12' in diameter. They must be on a mill that is either a historical reproduction of a working manufacturing facility or a renovated manufacturing facility. No yard art or miniature golf wheels allowed. You must have a picture including your gps to qualify this cache as a find.
As with other caches of this nature to verify your find post a photo of the water wheel with your GPS in the picture. Supply the latitude, longitude and city/county/state/province or other identifying nomenclature. No internet downloads or old vacation photos.
