Look for a brass survey medallion about 4 inches in diameter. It
has a triangle in center. There is more than one survey marker
within the area. Look for the highest one.
To received credit for this cache, note the two four digit
numbers. One is above and one is below the triangle. E-mail them to
me.
Enjoy the hunt and the view.
(Actually, I finally found out that this is the 8th highest
point in the state. It's still my most favorite high spot.)
If you want to hike/climb to a scenic, secluded spot. Go to
(34.74307, -98.53247) or (N 34 44.584, W 98 31.948). It's not real
far, but requires some rigorous bolder climbing/hopping.
