I am not sure how this Spring got it's name,I will have to research that.It is a nice quiet area, and a short hike in from the road. But get a map from the park office, it will be helpful.Unfortunately the Hairy Spring is dry so bring your own water.If there are any problems let me know. Good luck and Happy trails !!!
