Cache Audio File
It is not necessary to sign up to Dropbox to listen to or download the file; if you are prompted to do so, you can just close the sub-window. You can adjust the playback speed with the cog icon at the bottom. Of course, downloading it and opening it in a decent audio editor will give you the most options for visually inspecting and playing the audio at your desired speed.
To save you counting, a note is played 371 times. This number has a special property that will help you correctly interpret the audio.
Also, to save more time once you figure out the significance of this audio, I will leave you with: wide, not tall.

When you figure out what to do with the audio, if you want to save yourself time and effort, you may message me to tell me precisely what you would otherwise do with it.
