While driving from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, stop on Old Route 66 in Seligman. It will bring back memories for most of us over 50.
When we traveled back in the 1950s I can remember the good feeling one of these facilities would bring after being in the car for hours (and I'm not talking about an ice cream shop). What is the name of this out back facility? What is on top of this facility - if anything! The decor changes and roof residents come and go. (Pardon the pun). Thanks to all 940 visitors as of the date of my edit of this description. I never thought it would be such a popular spot, but the pictures show the glory of this quirky town. Thanks for making my hide so enjoyable.
