Find Snoopers and grab a Photo Op to log this cache!
This is best accessed from the Westbound side of I84. Please be careful and pull way off the side of the road. Be sure to look carefully when you pull back on the road, too. Snoopers has been a part of our family since at least 1983. Possibly longer. We used to commute between the Nampa, ID and Tri Cities / Yakima, WA area every few months, and Snoopers was always there to greet us. Through the years he's deteriorated and been revamped, and he looks really great now with his seasonal guests. I'm sure Snoopers has brightened the days of many more travelers, although I'm always surprised to hear that people have never noticed him despite many treks past his abode. Thought I'd do a Virtual Cache and get him some well deserved attention. If anyone has information on Snoopers' history or who maintains him, or if he's on private or public property, please post. To log this cache you must upload a picture within 24 hours of your post, showing a member of your caching party, the obligatory GPS, and Snoopers. For safety reasons, I'll accept pictures with Snoopers WAY in the background from the Eastbound lanes. Just be sure I can see him in the picture, along with your GPS.
