The Canadian Gravity Standardization Net (CGSN) provides a nationwide gravity datum defined by more than 5000 control stations systematically distributed throughout Canada. They are considered to be accurate to several tens of microgals. Only one log per team, you may log other finds as Write Notes.
The co-ordinates N43 26.438 W80 29.522 are for the station in Victoria Park, Kitchener, Ont. It may be logged as a find by some-one but only once. Photo’s of station is included.
To log your find you must go to one of the 5000 control stations throughout Canada.
1.You must give your GPS reading in the log and compare it to the posted co-ordinates for that station (both are need) and the unique station control number.
2.You will need a photo of the station, with your GPS in it to verify that you where there. You may also include yourself in the picture.
3. You must state where the station is located: City; Province; and where its in or located near. (park or the side of a building).

You can download the detailed specification for each station that will include the co-ordinates. Only the stations that are located at this site may be logged as a find. Each station can only be logged once and only one log per team.
