South of Cancun, near the beach. When driving to this cache, you'll pass a cenote which is worth a snorkel trip. This particular cenote is a fresh water river which goes underground about 200 meters from the ocean, and then comes up in the ocean.
Cache is in a cylindrical plastic tube about 10 inches long and 3 inches in diameter. Inside is a pen and paper, a 5 peso coin, a special toothpick, and a medaal from Tyron, North Carolina.
Find the Mexican Federal land boundary marker (which denoters the limit of Mexican federal land - all the land within 20 meters of the sea - and look for a pile of coral rocks about 2 meters away.
