From April to October 2000 Toronto had a herd of 326 moose sculptures. They were created by 500 local artists and sponsored by more than 250 patrons. They gave Toronto world-wide media coverage. They were auctioned off in the “Great Moose Auction” in January 2001 and they raised funds for local Toronto Charities and the Canada's Olympic Athletes . The Toronto moose have found new owners across North America and as far away as Shanghai!
So the question, where are the moose today? Find one of the 326 moose or a non-living moose replica and take a photo of it with you and your GPS. Give the co-ordinates, the city, state or province and the country that the moose now resides in.
Rules: 1. As outlined above.
2. Standard Locationless rules apply.
3. Only one moose per Geocachers and each moose logged once.
4. All finds must contain a photo to be accepted.
