Cache is in the Syracuse wildlife management area.
This was not an easy cache when OT1 placed it 14 years ago and it is still not an easy cache. I have just upped the D/T ratings. People have complained that the encrypted hint is worthless, but I disagree, I think it is very helpful. I am also slightly changing the coordinates as of today, 1-11-17. I could not find the decon container I put there some time back. The replacement is camoed pill bottle, not on the ground. I have tried to maintain the OT1 style of placing caches, so happy hunting and good luck! BYOP
