Geocache Description:

If you are in Mexico City then this is a must. It takes a one hour drive from city centre.

We had such a day, weather was right, cool on this elevation. Food was lovely and then this sight. I learned so much this day. The conquista was 1521, and chocolate means "bitter water". The pyramids were built under the classic period which means that they were not really connected with the Aztecs.

Find...

  • The moon pyramid
  • The avenue of the deadThe name of the whole place means: Where men become Gods, but I think the right name for this road is Deathrow. I suppose the prisoners of war had to walk it before they were killed at some of the pyramids. The pyramid of the sun is in the background.
  • Chicken moleThe culprit that almost "killed" me; Chicken in chocolate sauce. Moon pyramide in background.
