We replaced the Cache again 05/11/08 We also dropped a bunch of Geo
Bugs that we plicked up in Mexico. Hopefully the Cache will last
longer in its new location. For those that had the wrong location
SORRY!!! -----------------I replaced this cach on 01-01-03. It is
now an ammo can and filled with new gooddies including a Roads and
Rec cd for Garmin GPS's. Have Fun!!!!
This cache is named by all of our nieces and nephews who can see
the "little castle" when they visit Elk Mound. This cache is a
memorial to all rural postal personel who passed. Summer and Fall
you can drive right to the cache, but during the winter the road is
closed due to safety. You can still park at the bottom and hike up.
Be sure to take a moment and go to the top of the "little castle"
and enjoy the view of the small town of Elk Mound population 727.
In this cache you will find a Emergancy Shoe Polish Kit, Swiss Army
Style Kinfe, Flash Light, 3 Bottles of Bubbles, Good Dogs Nick Nac
