Multi-cache located on a state game refuge covering various terrain. If you're not careful, your feet could get wet. As with nost non-city caches, there will be weeds, mosquitoes, ticks, etc. Please be prepared so your outing isn't spoiled by itchy legs, mosquito bites, and ticks.
This is a multi-cache located in the Pheasants Forever State Game Refuge, Johnson Unit. Make sure you are wearing the appropriate "colors" during hunting season. Don't want to be mistaken for a Pheasant or a Deer.
The first three of four sets of coordinates are inscribed on the bottom of small rocks indigenous to the area. These rocks will have a black dot on the top of them. The last set of coordinates are in a small Tupperware container. The local wildlife have done an excellent job of providing several trail options for most of your trek. Please consider that thas the seasons change, so will the terrain. After crossing at the second set of coordinates, stay close to the creek bank until you come to a peat bog. Cross over the fence line into the open field. The terrain is easy after that. As you approach the last leg of this multi-cache, pay attention to your surroundings. Enjoy the variety of wildlife, flora and fauna in the area.
