This cache has been hidden in participation of the Go And Get ‘Em #3 event.

There is a circle (ring) whose center is located at Waypoint 1. A number, which has the format n.nnn, can be found at Waypoint 1 on a copper tag. Call this number X. The radius of the circle, in kilometers, is the sum of X and Y. Y is equal to 0.513 km.
You do not have to go to Waypoint 2. A line running through Waypoint 2 is tangent to the above described circle. Being tangent means that the line just touches (kisses) the circle (ring) at exactly one precise point. The cache is located at this tangent point.
The cache container is camouflaged Pill bottle about 6 inches in length, hanging on a tree.
