Cache is not at the above location

The location of this cache can be found by finding the missing numbers that are coded here by the time of events that takes place on a ship by the striking of the ships bells. Example a typcial underway day onboard a CG Cutter would start out with wake-up of the crew (reville) at 0500, or strking of two (2) bells. Your quest is to find the number of bells struck for the shipboard event of the day, and replace it with the missing values in the lat/lon last three numbers marked with zeros. 0530-Breakfast served 1200- Lunch Served 0930- Coffee break 0700- Morning Muster (roll call)
