- I recently met with a relative at a family reunion. He told me
about how he got the State of Wisconsin to allow him to put up a
memorial marker for the infantry division he served in. He wrote
the state and said he would pay for the monument and any
maintenance costs associated with it. He received a letter granting
him permission. This just goes to show one person can make things
happen if they just try.

these soldiers. You can then use the information on the marker to
decrypt your next coordinates. Please bring a pen or pencil to sign
the log.

Update April 15, 2006. I have changed the final location to
avoid future wet logs. I also upgraded the container so this cache
now has trade items.
Update July 18, 2009. Changed final again and the container
size. It is now small.
