****NOTICE**** 09-14-05 Cache has been replaced as the area is once more open and rebuilds are complete.
Please enjoy your stay at this location, I would suggest visiting after normal work hours or on the weekends due to the limited parking. Weekend parking is free. Metered parking can be found nearby, N32 13.802 W110 57.253 for example. Please for your own sake do not ignore the parking rules.
This is a 3 stage cache with the final stage being a smaller then normal altiods can. Hopefully you will enjoy the first two stages as much as I do.
Stage one of this cache will bring you to a bell tower with a clock. Just below the bell you will find the entrance to the lounge that you will need to enter to answer the first questions. I hope you enjoy reading about the history of the bell and all of the objects inside this room. The room is open Monday - Friday from 6:30am till 11:00pm, and Sat-Sun from 8:00am-11:00pm. If you arrive on the third wednesday of the month at 12:07pm you can hear the bell chimed 7 times in honor of those who served.
Stage 2 is located at:
N 32 13.A
W 110 57.B
(A) = 2803 - (the year the ship was launched)
(B) = 327 - (the number on the jersey)
I work very near this area and I often enjoy a moment of relaxation here. I have worked here long enough to remember what it was before what it is...
I ask that you take a moment to look this over and think about the effort that must have been placed to avoid the wasting of this material. I know a lot of people were happy to have something back from this.
Stage 3 is located at:
N 32 13.C
W 110 57.D
(C) = 2755 - (the year the tree was planted)
(D) = 212+(the height of the tree when it was cut)+(the width of the tree when it was cut).
Final location of the cache is here. This place is very open to eyeballs, so be careful and sneaky please. Directly south you will see the dorm that was used for the Tri-Lam dorm in 'Revenge of the Nerds'. Please try not to be too obvious when getting and replacing the cache.
Please replace the cache exactly where you found it to avoid it being taken.
