Easyfind, once ya get there. On the top of CHURCH MOUNTAIN. Located on the northern tip of CHURCH ROCK.
This one'll get yer blood flowin'. The directions are just a suggestion. The trick is to get to the final destination....SPOOGER'S REVENGE is located at the top of a 200foot vertical climb. If you want to do the wall, go to the TIPPA-DE-ENDA cache and make a mad dash to the top. The other choice is very steep in of it self, but can be done with a dog, friends or family members who have the willingness to do so.
Start at GATE ROCK N38.43.466, W078.52.176. Follow the road to the end. You will go between 2 "closed to vehicles" signs at N38.43.95, W078.52.378. Just up ahead, hang a right---uphill at N38.43.987, W078.52.404. Go left at N38.44.150, W078.52.636. If you go straight here, you're heading to TIPPA-DE-ENDA. Anyway, take another right up the hill at N38.44.037,W078.52.821. At N38.44.081, W078.52.873 ther is a dead tree. Take a break,then go uphill to N38.44.136,W078.52.957. This is TOMBSTONE POINT. Almost there. Continue heading upwards.At N38.44.231, W078.53.112 you will see ANVIL ROCK. Scramble on up to the top. At N38.44.374, W 078.53.167; you should be standing on a survey marker. This is CHURCH No. 3. Under the rock, is the stash. This is SPOOGER'S REVENGE!!!!!!! Original contents include the following items: logbook w/pen/pencil, dry flies, fishing float, deck of cards, little frankenstein, comb from Zhongyang Hotel in Nanjing China, black lighter, bottledwater, red mini-carabiner and a Pink Floyd "WALL" video.
