This is a two-step multicache that involves underwater
searching. The underwater visibility might be poor so search with
patience.
The first part of the cache is in the given coordinates. The
cache is on a few meters depth, so it is achievable even without a
scuba gear. There is a piece of plastic that has a hint to find the
final step. Note, that you do not need to move the plastic to read
the hint. If you cannot find this hint the encrypted hint might be
helpful.
The second step is a micro-size cache box, where you can log
your visit. Reaching this cache doesn't require diving but there is
still a risk of falling into water. Both steps are rated T5.
