Parking is off Barker Street, Route 14 in Pembroke. Dogs are not allowed from April 15 - June 30, to protect the many field nesting birds. Dogs must be leashed during the rest of the year. The cache is sort of a Micro Hotel for Micro trade items!
Frogboy had a geocache that got stolen by muggles, but the Tower is so wonderful we wanted to bring more people here, so we decided to put a new cache here. There are other caches hidden in the Preserve, one of the oldest hidden on the South Shore by "Hunter" in 2000. Be sure and take a brochure and enjoy the many features of this area. Allegheny Mound-Building Ants, American Hornbeam Grove, Atlantic White Cedar Grove, Fresh Water Tidal Marsh and Swamp, Old Field Succession (White Pine Grove)and of course plenty Poison Ivy. In the fall enjoy the smell of grapes as you enter the Preserve.
