Geocache Description:

The Bushkill Township Recreation Center is a nice quite place to relax and spend some time with the family. This area does see quite a bit of activity during the spring & summer sports seasons. The cache is located along a nice nature trail and is a very easy hike for the kids. The Nature Trail was created by Matt Wicoff of BSA Troop 74 in 1998 as his Eagle Scout project. He did a wonderfull job!

The cache container is only a very short distance off the trail (since this is a nature trail - bushwacking isn't appropriate). The photos will give you some pointers and also show you the rules for the park. Park at 40° 47.909N / 075° 20.106W to access the trail. Sorry - No pets are allowed in this park. After finding the cache continue on the trail and it will loop you out near the ball fields. There are plenty of trash cans to trash-out what other people have failed to do on their own. Have a GREAT time!
Replaced cache on 11-14-2005. Please beware of muggles that could be watching from a distance (especially when there is no leaf cover).
March 27, 2013 - Did a total replacement of cache container and contents. Due to some Hurricane Sandy damage in the area had to re-locate approximately 5 feet from original location. No need to change coordinates...
