Geocache Description:

Easy trails. Good parking. Mosquitos. Thorns. 1/3 mile from best parking.

Located on the shores of Lake Charlotte. There was a settlement here 100 years ago. As you will see, some of the trees are at least that old and then some. It has a cypress forest surrounding it's shores. Map Quest has mislabeled Lake Charlotte as Mac Bayou. Don't let that fool you, every one else calls it Charlotte. There are multible ways into the cache. The best parking for the prettiest walk is at N29 52.592 W094 43.155. Park closes at dusk.
