Once again, it is time to celebrate another milestone in Utah Geocaching. (Any excuse for a party suits just fine).
This event will be held from August 26th to the 28th near the site of Utah's first ever geocache. On August 27th, 2000, Utah's first Geocacher - Leaper64 - placed a five gallon bucket at a spot very near the coordinates of this event, and Geocaching came to Utah. Five years later, Utah Geocachers from all over the state will return to celebrate the event and enjoy what geocaching has become and meant to all of us. Bring your campers, tents, trailers, and food and spend two days with the nicest bunch of geeks anywhere. RSVP to this page, and the UTAG forums. There will be a potluck dinner on Saturday afternoon, and soem games and other activities. Great caching to be done in the area, as well.
