Geocache Description:

Did you know that there is a skyline drive in Pennsylvania. on a clear day you can see Blue Knob ski resort from the observation deck on skyline drive.Other days such as the day I placed this cache you can only see the inside of a cloud. Starting points to find this cache are either the Krayn Rd. off Rt. 756 or from Hollow Rd. off Rt. 56 in Ogletown. It's to the left and does not intersect 56 but is easy to find as there are so few roads in Ogletown. Once on Skyline Dr. park at N40.14.007 W078.39.685. this slightly away from the observation deck and is where the trail begins. The cache hold some various treats. The cache is a 50 cal. ammo box which i feel i've hidden well so trust your gps. i checked the coordinates twice. i have move the location to avoid the thorns. either go through the fenced in area or wok around the fenced in area till you get to the trail. it's a short walk from there.
This is Featured Cache #22 of the Greater Johnstown/Cambria County Geotrail, which highlights the scenic and historic amenities of the area.
