*** CACHE IS NOT
AT THE LISTED COORDINATES ***
(although you may find a nice parking spot if the
park gate is open)
Several of us who enjoy the entertaining antics of MedTexPlacer
have developed the MTP1K series to celebrate his 1000th find. Of
course, that 1000 does not cover his many Terracaching finds, nor
does it include the caches he has returned to on multiple occasions
to drop off Geo-Opoly game pieces and to locate broken GPS parts
and lost cell phones, so his find count is actually far
higher...
In order to divine the coordinates to the Bonus cache (or at
least the first of its stages), you must first find four
preliminary MTP1K caches:
Inside each of these caches, you will find a four-character
passcode. Be sure to take note of this code. When these four clues
are assembled in the proper order (how many possible combinations
could there be?), you will be in possession of a sixteen-character
passcode, which will prove crucial to unlocking the secrets of this
Bonus cache.
Now that you have the sixteen-character passcode, you will find
detailed instructions to lead you forward somewhere between these
two images:
At one critical juncture you should certainly heed the "No
Parking" signs; failure to do so could attract unwanted attention
from law enforcement officials. Beware of low flying aircraft, and
do not play in traffic. At the end of your quest you will discover
a clear BioKips container, stashed near a creek and alongside a
fallen tree. Inside you'll find a few trade items and a 2005 GOWT
(Geocachers of West Tennessee) Gecoin (trackable at travelertags.com).
Watch out for crimson-tinged, cold-blooded aquatic vertebrates
along the way. Additional hints will be added after the FTF. Enjoy
your journey, millennium or otherwise!
