Geocache Description:

Beaver Lake in Stanley Park is a lovely place for a walk or ride in the forest along hard-packed, well-marked trails. Because GPS reception in the forest is poor, the listed co-ordinates bring you to a trailhead, where you then follow these further instructions:

...the listed co-ordinates bring you to the shore of Beaver Lake, where a metal-grate drainage culvert lies. At the forest edge behind you, you will see a large rock. Standing at the rock and facing into the forest, look for a standing tree with it's top half recently broken off. The Beaver Surprise cache is a few meters away in the cubby hole of a fallen log.

Cache is a 2 litre plastic jar with green screwtop lid.
Happy Beaver Hunting! :)
