Geocache Description:

NOTE The cache area is currently unreachable, I don't know if this is permanent or not. To claim this cache you need to post a photo showing the reason that you cannot get to the cache, I will then give you the answer to this part, to enable the series to still be tackled.

This is one of a three part multi-cache. The first two parts (Solent1 & Solent2) have to be solved first to find the co-ordinates for the third part.

The theme of this series is “So near and yet so far”.
The first two parts are about a mile apart and in clear view of each other, however you will do well to solve them both in the same day.

Right here we go :

Solent 2 is straight forward you just have to visit the co-ordinates at the top of the page to find the micro cache and retrieve the number from inside the lid of the small clip top box.
The answer is Part C needed to solve Solent 3.

You can park at Keyhaven (there is a charge), alternatively there is limited free parking nearer to the cache at N° 50 43.035 W° 01 34.463 but it can get wet there.

You do not need to enter the actual heritage site to find the cache.

If you can’t find the cache try decrypting the usual clue, if you still can’t find it then there is a special question with its own decryption code that you can answer at the cache site. This will also give you the necessary number.

Special Question (for emergency use only): Stand with you back to the sea looking at the black and white pattern on the wall above and in front of you, How many HST WHQUPE are there in the HLB QNNSTQYDSOA WSMSYDR DRS BQMTLB YKSHDCHS to the right of the black and white pattern?

Y|W|U|T|S|R|Q|P|O|N

Finally, E-mail me the answer that you have for C to claim this part of the series.

Don’t forget the answer, as is it part C in the solution of Solent 3.
