Geocache Description:


Not at a K-Mart, but a nice view of the river.

Parking used to be free at White River State Park downtown on days that didn't have special events scheduled; but now there is a charge of $3 for 3 hours. You can still avoid that by driving through and just stopping long enough to snag the cache. Cache has room for only a log, so please BYOP.
