Tämä kätkö kuuluu Saaro-sarjaan. Sarjan muut kätköt ovat Saaro 1, Saaro 3 ja Saaro 4.
Tämä kätkö sijaitsee yhdellä Saaron niemistä. Paikalta näet pienen saaren, joka on itseasiassa valtava siirtolohkare, kukkarokivi. Joidenkin lähteiden mukaan kyse olisi jopa Suomen suurimmasta siirtolohkareesta. Tarinan mukaan peikot Killi ja Nalli heittivät kiven Raisiosta.
Melko lähellä kätköä on talo, mutta sen voi ohittaa kummaltakin puolelta lähellä rantaa kävellen.
Saaroniemessä on myös kahvila ja leirintäalue. Saaroniemeen pääsee keskustasta bussilla 8.
This cache is part of the Saaro-series. Other caches are Saaro 1, Saaro 3 and Saaro 4.
This cache is located at on of Saaro's capes. From the place you can see a small island which is actually an erratic boulder, "kukkarokivi". The story says that this stone was thrown here by two trolls Killi and Nalli from Raisio. Some sources claim that this rock is actually the largest separate boulder in Finland.
There is a house quite close to the cache but you can reach the cache by walking the trails which go very near the shore on both sides of the cape.
There is a camping area and a cafe nearby. Saaroniemi can be reached by bus number 8 from the city center.
