The terrain is hard to walk on, it is like walking on a bog with small trees on it. Enter from either the camping area or near the playground. There is NO path. There are tics, but where in MN in the woods are they not??
The cache contains a log sheet and pencil. There are a few small trading items. This cache is about 4.5" long and 1.25 around.
This is a fee area; either an Annual or Daily vehicle park permit is needed. The Annual permit is good also at the following parks; Big Marine Park Reserve, Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park, Pine Point Park, St Croix Bluffs Regional Park and Square Lake Park. The Washington County Vehicle Park Permit also provides admittance to Anoka and Carver County parks. There are two other caches in this park.
