High muggle activity has been reported to be present at times. Try morning or evening...that's when I've gone and it has been muggle free for me.
This is an easy cache in concept, but for some, this may be a little difficult. There are 2 steps to this puzzle...One in front of you and the other at it's destination. Be sure you have no problems with the first part before tackling the second.
Caches should be well hidden, but easy to find, so if you are prepared, this will be a piece of cake.
Also, be prepared for something different.
