Geocache Description:

The cache is set in beautiful Sheringham Park

The park is open from dawn until dusk. The park is National Trust property so NT car parking fees apply.
The park was designed by Humphry Repton in 1812 and is acclaimed to be one of his best designs. In the mature woodlands the park has many rare trees and shrubs.
There is a fabulous display of Rhododendrons and Azaleas in season.

When seeking the cache there is no need to leave the paths until you are within about 10 metres of each one. Occasionally you may need to go past the cache to find the pathway. Please do not go crashing through the beautiful shrubbery.

The co-ordinates are for the car park not the cache. The first cache can be found by solving the clues. The answers can be found on the notice boards in the car park and by the cafe.

You may also arrive at the park on the North Norfolk railway alighting at Weybourne station. This would increase the walk considerably but you could easily spend a day enjoying the delights of the park.

When you've completed the cache you might like to try the interesting tree trail in the park.

You can also complete Boxed in, Stone the Crows, Periphery, A twist in the Tail, as you take a Stroll around the Park.
Other caches in the park but not on the route are A bugs Life, Given up the Ghost, I Saw it in the woods and In sight of One Tree Hill.
