This is a Lock n Lock type container located in one of the nicest sceneries in Central Maine, especially at sunset, just up the road. May want to bring a camera. There are some pretty good items inside like 5 CD's, 5 cent Geocoin, 4 pair earings, Maine lobster pin, 2 fuzzy bears, pen and paper set, 3 bracelets, 4 rings, lion king bracelet and a TB.
Now as requested by many cachers who have already visited this spot,A bit of history. Moe and his family raised chickens,pigs,a few beef critters,( all free range), grew dry beans,and some say some type of green tobacco. Moe was the last of the family to pass.
The boulder in the old apple tree is still a mystery Moe was a big man and may have put it up there himself.The beads thrown about I've heard are from old friends.The most interesting item is that Moe had a few final requsts about his resting spot,he wanted to be buried in the standing position and to face west so he could continue to enjoy the great view and the awesome sunsets.
