Geocache Description:

This cache is part of Marc_54140's Dead End 4000 puzzle cache, celebrating his 4000th find. The clue for his puzzle can be found on the first page of the logbook.

This cache is hidden in Honey Creek Wildlife area, just south of Rochester. If you park at the coordinates given below, you will be in for a 1.5 mile round trip hike through the woods (assuming that you take the right trail, which is not exactly easy to determine), up and down lots of hills. If you find yourself having to walk through marsh, you are going the wrong way. If you find yourself on a trail that just ends, well, it is probably not the right trail. Mud, on the other hand, you will probably run into. Stick to the trails. The cache is within 30 feet of a trail, so no major bushwacking is required.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Marty Johnson, DNR property manager. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: this link.

8/23/08 Note: This cache no longer contains a clue to Marc's cache, as he has archived the puzzle cache.
