GPS reception ok, maps, not very good here in sweden.

The iPhone 3G is by far the greatest tech gadget I have ever owned. However, the GPS leaves a bit to be desired and I find better accuracy using Garmin, DeLorme and Magellan dedicated units. I LOVE the Geocaching iPhone application, but not just because I am a Groundspeak Lackey. I love it because it makes geocaching easily accessible without preparation.

With the official geocaching aplication... it gives always the right spot to find the cache ;o)
