I use the IPhone 95% of the time and love the ability to search for a cache any where I am. No need to plan ahead or print out the cache, the iPhone gives it all to you onsite. You can even log your finds while standing at the GZ. Accuracy is about the same as other GPS units I own. Only drawbacks I have found is it must have phone reception and battery can run down quickly if you are not careful.
