In order to be able to connect to a bluetooth GPS receiver you have to perform a JailBreak (using limera1n oder greenpois0n) and install a GPS Bluetooth stack (I use RoqyBT, also available: GPS BT). After that its almost perfect (not only) for geocaching. Only gripes: Camera is weak and (as always) battery live could be better.
